Please contact the atelier as soon as possible. We will gladly help when preparation has not begun. Once flowers have been sourced or design work is underway, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible because each arrangement is created for a specific order.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the arrangement and packaging. If the flowers arrived damaged or materially different from the description, we will review the concern promptly and may offer a replacement or store credit.

Same day delivery may be available for eligible local addresses when flowers and studio capacity allow. Orders must be placed before [CONFIRM: exact local delivery cutoff time]. The checkout will show whether delivery is available for the address and date selected.

Place the arrangement in a cool room away from direct sunlight, heat, and ripening fruit. Refresh the water every other day and remove flowers as they naturally finish. If the design arrives hand tied, trim the stems with a clean angled cut before placing them in fresh water.
